#asktheexpert baby girl, age 10month, weight 6.2 kg,daily meal routine-breakfast:banna +nuts powder,lunch:hotchpotch +1egg,dinner: home made cerelac.*FM* why her weight is not gaining? what should i do for her weight?

A. Namaste Mom, Babies this age need soft consistency foods, gradually include more variety & increase the quantity as well. Breakfast also inlcude cerelas and pulses or a combination, apart from the fruit you are giving. so you may give upma, dalia , sago, ragi porridge, soft roti, or stuff paranthas such as f panner, potatoes etc egg yolk if preffered
