A. weight is perfectly fine.. no worries. give all family food.. Offer a variety of tastes and texture so that baby gets used to it all. No biscuits and other packaged and processed foods. They are just loaded with sugar and not healthy. Work around the baby's schedule based on family meal time. Babies need good fats like ghee, unsalted butter, coconut, etc. Normal cooking oil whichever the family uses can also be used. Give all seasonal fruits and vegetables.

A. Hk yeah Nuts are very healthy and definitely good for babies kids. You could also make dry fruits nut powder at home and can add to all baby foods and milk. It's healthy and tasty too. Its helps in good weight gain and it's very healthy too.
