A. Hi parent Please mention her age whenever she has tummy infection , she should be given less milk and more buttermilk curd eyc. preferably home made and fresh give her moderate diet don't force feed or over feed her. entertogermina probiotics drops three drops twice a day can be given if she has lose motions
