Hi mom Squeeze your nipple frequently Give adequate feeding Burp well Try to keep head up position while feeding Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation Take healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products Wash hands often before touching your baby
