#asktheexpert baby boy 29days old . Still have liquid stool . Going many times a day with fart sound what to do

A. dear mum the stool of exclusively breastfeed baby is watery almost like loose motion some baby pass stool frequently even after every feed baby is passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours, is alert and active and gaining at least 500 grams per month then don't worry
