POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 7 m old boy3 years agoA. Most people find that their wounds take about 2 to 3 weeks to heal. The area may be bruised and swollen at first. This will get better and the scar will look lighter and flatter in time.Clean your wound daily with soap and water or as directed by your healthcare professional.
