Iron drops can be started from the day one of birth itself but it is only given when the doctor is going to advise you to give it as Iron drops or something which are basically given for a particular particular purpose if there is a deficiency or any other reason with the Dr field is important to be given so you kindly check with your doctor if there is a need to be given
