#AskTheExpert Assalamualaikum Doctor I haven't started giving gripe water to my Baby girl of 14 weeks. What do u suggest? She has colic & m using Gastica once a day.

Simethicone acts in the stomach and intestines to change the surface tension of gas bubbles, enabling smaller bubbles to form bigger bubbles.
