#asktheexpert As we start to introduce solid food for babies, can we give water also along with it or breastfeeding milk would be enough

A. Hi Mom, Yes you can start offer water when baby is started their solid foods. Whenever baby is having solid foods, try to offer water too. A six to 12 month old baby needs two to eight ounces of water per day on top of water they get from breastmilk..
