A. hi it might be allergic reaction to something like fabric food or cosmetics ,heat or sweating or Infection so first avoid using synthetic material clothing. keep your child well hydrated keep an eye on your child diet. apply thin layer of coconut oil or Cetaphil lotion on rashes. keep your child in well vantileted room.
