include roti or paratha,rice or daliya varieties with veggies, veg poha, veg upma, porridge, pancake, chila, nuts and dried fruits, milk , paneer, milk shakes, fresh and seasonal fruits and vegetables, healthy fat- ghee in required quantity, dals and pulses, idli, dosa, etc
feed on regular intervals and follow good hygiene
avoid force feeding and overfeeding.

as your child is 1+ of age ,there is no restrictions on food.
so you can offer all food items which are made for whole family.
try to make your child sit to take meal with whole family because children learn more from imitating their parents.
