#AskTheExpert Am a lactating mother of 5 month old nd had 2 c sec.can I have ACV in mrng empty stomach ND green tea with honey 1 cup a day..or it will reduce my milk supply

Have healthy diet, havecsnall meals frequent times a day, avoid consuming junk food . Eat a high-protein diet with plenty of soluble fiber
Avoid to eat a lot of sugary foods
