You should see a pediatric dentist. Get the cavities treated as soon as possible. The longer you wait more severe it will become. Brush twice a day using toothbrush and toothpaste.

That Is this cavity is I think that your child is having its better that you get a check with a paediatric dentist ones because without proper check up it would be very difficult to say what could be the possible suggest a solution to it it all the permanent teeth or milk teeth that is also a question
