A. Hi, Hair fall after delivery is a temporary issue. Firstly take the iron and calcium supplements until one year as suggested by your Gynaecologist. Have a healthy fibre and calcium rich food. Take adequate liquid and keep yourself hydrated which is good for skin and hair. Take rest. Have a glass of water before feeding your baby and have a glass of water after feeding your baby. Expose yourself to sunlight for about 15 to 20 minutes in a day. Apply hair to oil gently give a massage and leave it for half an hour and take bath. Always use lukewarm water to take head bath.
