Q.

#AskTheExpert after postpartum my body weight is very low.now my weight 38 kg my age is 25. i Breastfeed to my baby. I ate lot and daily I take protein powder for weight gain but there is no use. can you give some ideas about weight gain?

A. Hello dear parent! Eat a well balanced healthy diet that includes all food groups. Be physically active as much as possible. Get your thyroid levels checked once and consult your doctor for further advice. Clarify all your concerns and follow your doctor’s advice diligently. Good luck and take care.
