#AskTheExpert after my second delivery when my periods started every month on first day it is paining very badly in stomach pelvic part and the pain in my anus horrible I can't bear it it pains very very badly I take meftal also 2-3times .why is it so

Nandita BaranwalMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Hi, You can have meftal spas 3 times in a day in case of horrible pain. Simultaneously I would suggest to try having Ashokarishta ayurvedic syrup in this regards. You can also consult your gynecologist and take iron calcium supplements as it might be due to weakness dear.
