#AskTheExpert After my second delivery {10 months} my period didn't start.Is it normal or medicines are needed to restart my periods.

A. Periods after delivery may occur anytime in between one year and may remain irregular for a few months no medication is needed for that you just need to maintain good nutrition along with adequate water intake

A. Don't worry if your breastfeeding It may even take a year or more too resume. If you bottle feed there are chances to get it early. If you do botlle feeding and breastfeeding together it may resume in the middle too. There is no particular time and each mums body is also different.
