A. happens due to hormonal fluctuations. take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day. try to have Bath with raw milk or curd

A. Hi mom After delivery, change in colour is due to hormonal changes. so no need to worry. U will get ur real colour back within few months after delivery. Take care and all the best
