#asktheexpert after having baby i have lst my weight nd health .what should i add in my diet .i also feed my child regularly.

A. Vegetarian and non-vegetarian proteins are a must you need to focus upon a balance nutritious diet and also if you’re losing weight a obnoxiously then you should get yourself tested for thyroid because if you’re eating well the weight should not go down as you’re mentioning
