Gayatri DawdaMom of a 10 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello Pls track of child is growing properly wrt age. ask child to chew food slowly. give curd rice , khichadi . You can give ajwain water in case if there is digestion issue. observe your baby & analyse the problem if any
