#AskTheExpert after first delivery I (mom) have problem of piles without blood but it's too painful plz ask me what can I do ?

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children2 years agoA. piles after delivery is common my suggestion will be take homoeopathic medicine and treatment for the same avoid oily and spicy food avoid ginger in diet.. you can take istabgol with water or milk as preferred at bed time
