#AskTheExpert after feeding my breast is sluggish. plz suggest to lift up my sluggish breast.

A. hi mom. usually e during feeding breast might have sagging effect. once you stop with the breastfeeding where the the size appropriate bra which will support the breast. also you can massage the breast with the coconut oil daily to improve the tone also after delivery we are supposed to wear the proper bra even when we are feeding as usage of proper bra will avoid making the breast saggy.
