POOJA GOSWAMIMom of 2 children4 years agoA. To reduce weight especially around stomach, include fiber and protein rich foods in your diet and keep yourself well hydrated. Restrict intake of sugar, potato, rice, fried and packaged foods. Do skin toning exercises like squats, jogging, brisk walking, skipping, swimming, breathing, cycling and Yogasnas. Drinking warm jeera water first thing in the morning will help too.
