#asktheexpert After deliver my weight and tummy fat is not reducing tried exercise n little diet but nothing fruitful.

A. hi mam,it takes time so please keep patiences keep doing exercises or yoga regularly . walk for atleast 20 minutes a day. don't use vehicle for short distance. make dietary changes like take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables, fruits more. avoid taking junk food items. you can drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning.
