#AskTheExpert After cesarian my wife is having backpain very frequently which is bearable? is there anything to worry about?

A. It is more than 3 months after d section Some amount of pain in the back is absolutely normal most of the time it doesn't need any treatment physiotherapy you can do please

A. See I’m not aware about the fact whether your doctor told you some exercises or not because normally after C-section doctors do I suggest to go for Keagle exercises leg exercises which you can do while lying down so that your system is okay you do not have a back pain after your C-section if not then please ask your wife to consult a doctor and start exercising otherwise is going pain is going to increase and will become unbearable after sometime
