A. after having two previous Cesarean Section it is better not to go for normal delivery as there are maximum chances of uterine rupture which may cause severe complications at the time of delivery

A. You can try prenatal yoga and take guidance of your health care provider and start doing exercises and take healthy food. if the baby is more weight it would be difficult so take healthy fat and carbohydrates.

It’s not possible practically because the doctor said that your internal stitches can break even after five years of C-section delivery doctors do not advise you to go for a normal delivery so would be advisable that you go for a C-section only because that’s what your doctors are also going to suggest suggest
