can give one pot meals
mix veg dal khichdi
mix veg paratha with curds
paneer parathas
egg or chk or paneer rice

offer food with different colors and textures.
make the food look interesting.
use playful methods of feeding.
allow the child to eat on his own.
do not force feed.
use animated cutl
