Good afternoon.. My son 4 years old.. but underweight.. I think appetite problem.. which medicine du usko.. please help

Start with an iron and multivitamin supplement that is going to be very helpful for You because a lot of times due to deficiency into the body it can affect the appetite and overall growth of the child to rain this is going to be quite helpful and boosting for the child
