#AskTheExpert Actually my my feed was not sufficient but after taking Lactare tablet I could feed my baby properly but after taking for a month when I stopped taking again my feed was reduced...so I wanted to know how long I can take Lactare tablet and dosage

U Can easily take it for three months no issues at all continue for at least 3 to 4 months the lactation is increasing then you can continue with these medicines it’s not an issue it’s completely safe to go for so please continue with the medicines if you are helping and continue breastfeeding that way
