Hi mom If there is acne on the face of the baby then this is milia which will disappear on its own within few weeks. so no need to worry and no need to apply anything on face. Also make sure that you use good skincare products like babyhug products that are paraben free and chemical free suitable for baby soft and sensitive skin.
