A. good to consult with dietician once. Drink plenty of water..to flush out the excess fat from the system. Have healthy diet, have small meals frequent times a day, avoid consuming junk food . Eat a high-protein diet with plenty of soluble fiber. Avoid to eat a lot of sugary foods You can walk daily half an hour. Do aerobic exercise, cycling, Perform resistance training, Yoga, Suryanamaskaar, Pranayam.

A. aap koi classes join kr lo. Zumba classes or gym class or cardio workout classes.. that will make the difference surely.. restrict your sugar sweet intake.. avoid oily spicy foods.. have plenty of water..
