#asktheexpert about diastatic recti after 2nd pregnancy due to this I have major back pain

A. no relation for the pain you are having on the back For further advice it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination if there is need for investigations also then only proper treatment can be given to you o . K .

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and it is better to evaluate once with your doctor in person as it is very difficult to say anything about it without personally examine. nd also take kamrkhas in your daily diet in any form. take care
