#AskTheExpert a week before my kid was having fever. so we have given paracetamol drops. he felt better in around 2 days. but after that he is suffering from cold/runny nose and cough. i am giving drops for cough. but he is very much uncomfortable with runny nose. can you please kindly suggest what should i do more to make him comfortable.... please

Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if again required
affnd you can also do cold sponging of the body to reduce fever
