In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examination or assessment is done to find out the ehtixact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .

Pudin hara can be given to the child as of now if you want this is going to be a good option for you to use currently for your child apart from that if you don’t have anything available at home you can also give regular paracetamol to the child that will help
