U Can do prenatal yoga if you want to but you have to do it under an expertise of yoga expert only and you should walk about thousand steps in a day you know like in the home only or if you can go for walk like a regular walk not brisk walk two times in a day then you should go ahead with that also you can practise a little bit of squat but under observation and best is to go for perineal massage as well
