RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl5 months agoA. Dal water rice water followed by fruits and vegetables of all kinds then you can give Khichdi Dalia mashed banana mashed potato make sure to include varieties of dairy products sweet potato and you can give foods made out of ragi Suji and oats
