#AskTheExpert 6 month old baby. giving mashed banana making her stools tight and dry. what should be given as solid will ceralac be a good option.

A. Hi dear mom Constipation is common in babies less than one year. So no need to worry. Yes u can give cerelac, khichdi, ragi, apple puree, over cooked rice etc to ur baby. Also introduce. Water to get rid of the constipation.
