A. the first medicine will always be paracetamol and it is given according to weight and power of paracetamol medicine you are having. give liquids and easily digestible food and paracetamol should be given only after food. keep the child in cool environment and avoid using woolen clothes when the child is having fever armpit temperature of hunedred or more is considered as fever to body sponge to decrease the surface temperature and should be carried out for at least 20 minutes with normal temperature water. higher emedicines (ibugesic / meftal-p) whether required or not will be told by the doctor.

A. Hi yeah If it continues, I feel It's better to check with your doctor and follow their advise. That would be one of the best and safest option for your baby as of now. try to place a wet cloth in forehead. This would reduce the heat instantly also Let the cloth not be too cold. Keep monitoring for temperature. If the temperature is more see doctor
