RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl2 years agoA. Yes mango can n given to the child But it is a very tricky from so keep it into water for at least 5 to 6 hours so that a water absorbed extra heat from the fruit and that is what you can offer to the child just a little quantity not much
