you have to give only breastfeeding to the child till completion of 6 months of age and before 6 months of age if you are giving any type of outside Food or complementary feeding it can cause digestion problem in the child.
no need to give water also because breast milk contains 80% of water and water also is given after six months of age only

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello no you cannot be giving your child any food till the baby complete 6 months and if the bm is not sufficient then you can be giving your child infant formula milk but do not give baby any food till 6 months as the baby cannot digest it as the baby is small
