#asktheexpert 4m old baby has sour smelling poop. exclusively breastfed. weight is 6kg but is lactose intolerance (stool test for reducing substance +) is it normal? my diet is normal. though I did have a mug of milk today.

Smelly poop is due to infection in stomach. For this u need to consult with your doctor for the same as he will prescribe medicine after the proper evaluation of the baby. Take care
