#AskTheExpert 45days vaccines given to baby....he z crying alottt....when it will cure doctor...calpol drops 0.5giving evry 6hours

A proper assessment is required here so regarding this it is advisable to contact some nearby doctor and so accordingly the doctor will guide in a proper way . Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. when fever comes after vaccination you can give paracetamol to the child for fever as well as pain. paracetamol can be given maximum 4 times per day. you can also apply ice over the injection site. if there is local swellinxg you can apply ice as well as thrombophob gel. vaccine fever usually subsides in max 2 to 3 days but if it continues beyond 3 days meet your dr to rule out any other causes of fever
