Feeding your fussy eater can get challenging at times, you can make her plate looks interesting and colorful by adding different veggies and fruits, also cut her sandwich, paratha in different shapes and sizes. She may not accept new food in first attempt, reintroduce after few days, in a new form. Try new and innovative yet healthy recipes - corn palak tikki, cheese frankie, sweet potato cutlet, dal pakoda, paneer popcorn etc.

A Lot of kids are fussy at this age so you should try to work upon different varieties and recipes for the child that’s what is going to be helpful because when kids get to eat something different every now and then there always quite interested in experimenting and trying something new
