Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 3 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello good morning !! Babies increase 400-700 gm per month , double their birth weight by 5-6 months. As you didn't mention birth weight according to age baby weight is ok,if baby birth weight more than3-3.5kg then baby is bit under weight. Feed exclusive breast milk or formula milk until 5 completed months,feed every two hours check if baby getting enough feed.
