#AskTheExpert 4 mo is having irregular sleep patterns. from last 25-30 days his wake window is for about 9-10 hours, in between no sleep or just for the time of feeding. is it normal for this much old baby to have such long wake window? also constantly putting hand in mouth and irritating, tired, but not able to sleep. teething hasn't started yet but is it possible to have teething signs from 3 months old?

ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist3 years agoA. Hi yes kids can get their first milk teeth as early as 3-6 months.. gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth to facilitate the eruption process of teeth
