Hello mom if you are exclusively breast feeding your baby then you need to take care of your diet and have healthy nutritious meals before baby feed time as that will ensure good quality milk and filling as well and also help in weight gain , apart from this if any issue related to your milk production you can take support of formula milk . Babies double up their birth weight by the age of 4 to 6 months
