A. For a three-month-old baby, it is not recommended to give cow or goat milk. At this age, babies should be fed only breast milk or infant formula, as cow and goat milk lack essential nutrients like iron, vitamin E, and healthy fats, and can be hard to digest. Giving animal milk too early can also increase the risk of allergies, intestinal irritation, and anemia. You can introduce cow’s milk after 1 year of age, but until then, stick to breast milk or a doctor-recommended infant formula.
