it is made up in like warm water.. Post feeding burping is importan. To help expel gas from tummy.
Practicing tummy time will help.

Yea It could be somewhere around 60 ML to begin with 30 ML and see if your child desires more than you cannot 30 ML more to that and yes it is important to boil the water cool it and give it in lukewarm water to the child because it has to have a temperature when you giving it to the child
