In 13 months there are variety of foods that can be included in baby's diet like besan and beetroot cheela, upma, mixed vegetable soup, boiled egg, chicken soup, poha, idli-dosa with sambhar, chapati with paneer gravy, stuffed parantha, pan cake, dalia, khichdi, mixed vegetable soup, rice with dal, waffle, seasonal fruits, etc. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks alongwith variety of fluids.
