Q.
#asktheexpert 10 days before our 1year old daughter had fever.Since then she is not eating at all.Now she having mild cold.She starts crying when we offer her food.Sometimes we have to force feed her as she not totally willing to have any food not even her favorite ones.She is only willing to drink milk.We are really worried.Can you please suggest what should be done?

Try giving your child, more hydrating foods like fresh fruits and fruit, juices, coconut water, curd, rice, and vegetable Khichdi and so on. Be patient and persistent in your effort to feed your child, do not force feed that may cause aversion towards food.
